Urgent Plumbing Services

(1). Emergency Call-Out:
An emergency call-out refers to any plumbing situation that requires immediate attention to prevent further damage to property, health risks, or safety hazards. Emergency services offer rapid response times, often within 1–2 hours, depending on location, staff availability, and the severity of the issue. A premium charge is applied for emergency plumbing services, which is higher than standard business hours rates.

Installations or Replacements

(2). Water Heater Installation or Replacement:
Prerequisites to qualify for the flat-rate installation or replacement fee:

• The water heater must be readily accessible.
• All shut-off valves must be in good working order.
• For replacements, the new unit must be installed in the same location as the previous one.
• There must be no obstruction blocking the drain valve when draining the existing unit.
• The flat-rate fee does not include the cost of the water heater if supplied by the company.
• The flat-rate fee does not include the cost of a new expansion tank if supplied by the company.
• The flat-rate fee does not include the installation of an expansion tank if necessary.

(3). Toilet Installation or Replacement:
Prerequisites to qualify for the flat-rate installation or replacement fee:

• All drainage must be installed prior to installation.
• A functioning water supply and shut-off valve must be present.
• Drainage and water supply systems must be in good working condition.
• The new toilet being installed must be of the floor mounted type.
• The new toilet being installed must be a standard one piece or two piece toilet.
• The flat-rate fee does not include the cost of the toilet if supplied by the company.

(4) Garbage Disposal Installation or Replacement:
Prerequisites to qualify for the flat-rate replacement fee:

• The drain connected to the disposal must be in good working condition.
• Electrical connections (whether hardwired or plug-in) must be operational.
• The flat-rate fee does not include the cost of the garbage disposal if supplied by the company.

(5) Kitchen Faucet Installation or Replacement:
Prerequisites to qualify for the flat-rate installation or replacement fee:

• Supply valves must be in good working condition.
• The faucet must fit in the existing space without requiring cutting or drilling.
• The existing faucet must be removable without cutting, drilling, or breaking.
• Drain system work is not included.
• The flat-rate fee does not include the price of the faucet if supplied by the company.

(6) Bathroom Faucet Installation or Replacement:
Prerequisites to qualify for the flat-rate installation or replacement fee:

• Supply valves must be in good working condition.
• The faucet must fit in the existing space without requiring cutting or drilling.
• The existing faucet must be removable without cutting, drilling, or breaking.

• Drain system work is not included.
• The flat-rate fee does not include the cost of the faucet if supplied by the company.

(7) Dishwasher Installation or Replacement:
Prerequisites to qualify for the flat-rate replacement fee:

• The water supply valve must be in good working order.
• The drain connection must be in good condition.
• Electrical connections (hardwired or plug-in) must be functional.
• The floor beneath the unit must be in acceptable condition.
• The flat-rate fee does not include the cost of the dishwasher if supplied by the company.
